Nike x Fragment Design “Sock Dart SP Oreo”
Before dropping tomorrow, here we get a closer look at the anticipated “Oreo” Sock Dart from Nike and fragment design. The cookie-flavored kicks account for the fourth iteration from the recent pack by Hiroshi Fujiwara and the Swoosh. The lightweight low-tops showcase a laceless design, utilizing a translucent midfoot strap to keep you locked in. The upper has been comprised of breathable mesh, as the midsole then highlights the speckled “Oreo” treatment.

UNITUS F/W 15 collection
Driven by the manifesto “Gentleman at Play,” UNITUS enters the market with a range of elegant menswear. The Japanese label draws on distinctly Western style, re-fixing conventional silhouettes with modern tailoring to great result. The choice of materials could be described as poignant, as the collection makes use of waxed cotton for the main textile, produced by established New York manufacturer Fairfield Textile. To be certain, UNITUS is turning to a distinctly classic look through a preference of turtlenecks and high-waisted trousers, while the favoritism for wide-brimmed hats is hard to miss.
Nike Air Huarache “Wolf Grey/Pure Platinum-Black-white”
Nike has come through with another enticing edition of the always-popular Air Huarache for the summer season. This time around, the Swoosh has gone with a grey look, noting significant touches of wolf grey and platinum throughout. Over top of the neoprene booty, we see fine nubuck and engineered mesh to aid in breathability. Featuring tonal laces, a white midsole then provides offset underneath. The Nike Air Huarache “Wolf Grey/Pure Platinum-Black-White” is now available at select Swoosh stockists such as Rakuten.
Nike’s new lightweight and breathable take on the classic Huarache sneaker is sure to be a hit during the warm spring/summer months. One such colorway that we can look forward to is this classic combo of black and white. The low-tops feature predominant neoprene construction, again to enhance comfort and a lighter build, as the clear standout is the foundational lacing system. We still see, however, can’t-miss Huarache tooling at the heel, here with a lightweight white midsole put into play underneath. Speckled laces accompany this iteration of the Huarache NM, as you can look for the black and white pair to drop on February 12 at Swoosh stockists such as asphaltgold.

Playing with a mundane object in a precious material to create something almost completely useless but incredibly satisfying to hold. This object sums up the more “whatever” side of Benjamin Edgar – unexpected, unneeded, beautiful. Satisfyingly heavy, somewhat fragile.

.Engaging seasonal prints include the desert stargazing inspired Polka Dot and geometric Sequence, which pulls from shapes that compliment modernist dwellings. The Kingston print reveals a palm oasis, and Orchard offers a subtle monochromatic dose of citrus fruit. The futuristic Tubular Runner receives yet another slick update by way of an allover snakeskin pattern. Available in either black or red, the two latest colorways combine the lounge look with the sneaker’s streamlined aesthetic. The combination proves surprisingly harmonious sneaker, with a vibe that slithers between decadence and performance. Two-tone rope laces reinforce the reptilian motif.

Flandana FW15 LookBook
The very appropriately titled “Flandana” releases the lookbook for their Fall/Winter 2015 collection. An obvious portmanteau of fleece and bandana, the cozy garms fuse the warmth of sherpa lining with paisley’s ongoing influence in the world of fashion. Certainly destined to be one of those clothing pieces people look back at in 10 years and can’t believe they wore, for now the Flandana is right on time, with cosigns from the likes of Drake and Rihanna.
